Etijah worked with Plan International to train young volunteers in Cairo on issues related to the basics of development, volunteering, community studies, planning for youth initiatives, as well as the actual execution of some social initiatives and training the managers and employees of the youth centers on participation, strategic planning and networking among youth organizations.
