About Etijah
Youth and Development Consultancy Institute – Etijah is a non-profit organization specializing in developing, improving, and disseminating development methodologies in youth and community development.
Based in Cairo, Etijah’s primary concern is to create and tailor up-to-date and high-quality development methodologies, research tools, applicable practices of youth development, and training delivery models, to be able to qualify youth by providing them with the skills, know-how, and aptitudes, as well as contribute to building the capacity of governmental and non-governmental youth-serving organizations. Our role is to provide youth with direct access to unconditional participation by providing practical tools and models for developing community-wide initiatives.
Project Background
Etijah’s Economic Empowerment Department is implementing a training program targeting 200 beneficiaries (refugees and host community members) in Greater Cairo.
To support the successful delivery of training activities, Etijah is seeking a qualified catering service provider to supply daily meals and refreshments throughout the training rounds and related activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
To provide high-quality, hygienic, and timely catering services for all training sessions and related activities.
Responsibilities of the Consultant/s:
The service provider will:
- Provide catering for:
- Up to 200 participants
- 12 training rounds (each 5 days, max 20 participants per round)
- 5 training round ( each 15 days , Max 15 participant per round
- 5 training round ( each 15 days , Max 15 participant per round
Deliver daily:
- Lunch meals
- 1–2 coffee breaks (snacks & beverages)
Ensure:
- On-time daily delivery
- Good food quality and hygiene standards
- Clean and safe packaging
Job Requirements
- Registered company in Egypt
- At least 2 years of catering experience
- Experience serving groups (20–200 people)
- Ability to deliver consistently across multiple days
- Electronic receipts
- Tax card
- Commercial registration
Key Deliverables:
- Menu options (lunch & coffee breaks)
- Daily catering delivery during all training days
- Flexibility to adjust quantities if needed

Applicants are required to submit their financial and technical proposals in two sealed envelopes, one for the financial proposal and one for the technical proposal, before the highlighted deadline at Etijah’s office.
