Derived from the vital role of Etijah to enhance youth skills and assisting them in overcoming problems and obstacles resulting from the lack of the educational system and the lack of the skills and competencies needed to be able to apply for job opportunities, which enables youth to have an appropriate job opportunity and self-realization, thus, Etijah established the retail project in 2012 which adopts new methodology in recovering youth marginalization and not giving them an appropriate chance to apply for job opportunities, through integrated package starting from Rehabilitation and job readiness, nomination for job opportunities, following up and guiding the young people who have not been employed in order to enable them achieve progress and growth in their careers. Etijah’s academy for retail industry offers set of successive trainings which qualify youth for the labor market and it includes life and functional skills for the duration of 20 days.
